Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 18 articles and four Annexes, implements certain provisions of Mining Act related to the protection and rational utilization of mineral resources. In particular art. 1 establishes the procedure for the geological survey of exclusive deposits. Art. 5 specifies conditions of utilization of resources by type of reserved minerals and character of the exclusive deposit. Art. 10 and 11 provide details on the registry of the certificates of exclusive deposits kept by the Ministry of Environment.
