Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 19 articles and ten Annexes, lays down provisions concerning trade in endangered species: application for a permit or certificate for import, export or re-export of species (art. 1), export of plant species on the basis of phytosanitary certificate (art. 7), marking and identification of species (art. 12 to 14), records of trade and records of breeding (art. 15), proof of origin of species, products of cetacean, products of seal and regulated fur (art. 16). Annex 6 provides the list of species which are not subject to registration.
