Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Economy, which is composed of 13 articles and four Annexes, establishes provisions relating to the promotion of energy from renewable sources: (a) method of calculating the amount of energy from renewable sources, (b) method of calculating national target set out in the National action plan for renewable energy; (c) conditions for accounting electrical energy generated from renewable energy sources in the country which is not a member state of the European Union; (d) the content of the report on progress in the promotion and use of renewable energy sources.
