Abstract

The Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 12 articles and five Annexes, establishes rules on: types of fertilizers; composition, packaging, hazardous elements and their limit values for individual groups of fertilizers and allowed offsets and limit values for farming fertilizers; taking samples of fertilizers; analytical methods for testing fertilizers and vegetable (biological) tests of fertilizers. Types of fertilizers, soil additive substances and cultivating substrates subject to certification procedures are listed in Annex 1. Required values of indicators of quality of fertilizers, soil additive substances and cultivating substrates are specified in Annex 2.
