Abstract This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 18 articles and three Annex, establishes provisions concerning official control of feed. Art. 3 and 4 specifies details on the official control of feed produced or placed on the market of the Slovak Republic including the feed imported from another member state of the European Community, feed intended for the market of other member states, as well as feed intended for export to third countries. Art. 5, 6 and 7 provide details on the official control of imported feed. Art. 9 and 10 set out provisions on sampling for the official control of feed. Art. 13 specifies requirements for persons engaged in the official control.
