The Decree enters into force on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
Abstract

In accordance with European Community provisions, this Decree of the Ministry of Environment sets forth requirements for individual types of fuels and regulates the assessment of their quality for purposes of environmental protection. Fuels are divided into the following types: solid, liquid and gaseous. All these types are defined in article 4. Quality requirements are specified in article 5.
