This Decree enters into force on 31 December 2007.
Abstract

This Decree which is composed of five articles establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, maximum levels of pesticide residues for specified types of food and raw materials. The decree does not apply to maximum levels of pesticide residues for food intended for the initial and infant nutrition and feeding of young children, and for cereals and other food intended for infants and young children, which are specified in separate regulations. Names and definitions of pesticide residues, including their identification numbers are specified in Annex 1. Types of pesticides and maximum residue limits in food or on the surface of foodstuffs of plant origin are specified in Annex 2, and foodstuffs of animal origin in Annex 3.
