Abstract

This Decree implements provisions of the Forestry Act which imposes duties of replanting of trees in cases other than felling for forest management purposes on owners of forests. The Decree specifies criteria for the authorization of the Minister of reforestation of areas in which previously a timber stock was planted. Re-plantation shall be carried out in a responsible manner.
