Abstract

This Decree, made under sections 2 and 51 of Chapter 27 and section 28 of Chapter 15 of the Environmental Code, provides rules relative to the handling and disposal of extraction waste, i.e. (hazardous) waste originating from prospecting, extraction and processing of mineral resources and other mining materials.
