Abstract This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree on the state of groundwater. In particular, the present Decree amends quality standards and threshold values determining the state of grouindwater (art. 8 of the amended Decree) and provisions concerning measures to achieve the objectives of the good status of groundwater (art. 22).
