Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Finance lays down some amendments to the Decree on the disposal of electrical waste and electronic equipment. In particular, the present Decree amends the list of substances and the conditions under which the manufacturer of electrical equipment is not obliged to remove components of wrecks containing these substances, specified in art. 37.3 of the Wastes Act.
