Abstract This Decree lays down some amendments to the Decree on the disposal of electrical waste and electronic equipment. In particular, the present Decree establishes the list of the use of lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) or polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) which are not covered by art.37j paragraph 3 of the Wastes Act (specified in Annex 5 to the amended Decree).
