This Decree entered into force on 25 August 2012.
Abstract

This Decree of this Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of seven articles and one Annex, lays down some amendments to the Decree on the compensation for the reduction of income from agricultural activities due to adaptation to water protection. In particular, the present Decree amends conditions of payment for the compensation, originally specified in art. 8 of the amended Decree. The Annex defines the form of declaration that an agricultural farm is not in troubles.
