Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Health lays down some amendments to the Decree on hygiene requirements for products intended to come into contact with foodstuffs and food. In particular, the present Decree amends requirements for plastics and plastic products (specified in Annex 3 to the amended Decree) as regards the monomer 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane, which may not be used for the manufacture of polycarbonate infant feeding bottles.
