Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Environment amends provisions concerning definitions of the lists of: (1) habitats of European importance, habitats of national importance (art. 1 of the amended Decree); invasive species (art. 2); non-native species which may live beyond the urban zone (art. 3); species of European importance, species of national importance and bird species (art. 4); protected plants and animals (art. 5). The present Decree establishes also the new list of invasive species and ways of their elimination (Annex 2).
