Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Environment lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree on waste registration duty and reporting obligation. In particular the amended art. 8 provides requirements for the storage of waste mercury. The replaced Annex 2 establishes the new form of report on waste generation and disposal which should be prepared if a waste producer collects annually more than 50 kg of hazardous waste or more than one ton of other waste. Annex 3 specifies types of waste for which the notification of generation and disposal shall be reported irrespective of its quantity.
