Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree on requirements for food labelling. In particular the present Decree establishes requirements for labeling of foodstuffs other than food and meals which are intended for sale to the final consumer or to mass caterer without packaging (replaced art. 3) and requirements for labeling of foodstuffs containing certain substances or products causing allergies or intolerance (supplemented art. 3a).
