Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Health lays down some amendments to Decree laying down requirements for potable water and hot water and regulating frequency and scope of control. In particular the present Decree establishes: microbiological, biological, physical, chemical and organoleptic indicators of potable water (replaced Annex 1); microbiological, biological, physical, chemical and organoleptic characteristics of hot water produced from an individual source for personal hygiene of employees (replaced Annex 3); minimum annual sampling frequency and scope of the control of samples of drinking water (replaced Annex 4).
