Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments to Decree implementing Act on trade in forest reproductive material. In particular the present Decree establishes: details on notification of the collection of reproductive material (amended art. 3), details on the certificate of origin of reproductive material and application for the certificate of origin (art. 4), details on the registration and submission of information on reproductive material (art. 15), details on notification of import of reproductive material (art. 16). Annex 7 provides details on marking planting material of age and the way of growing.
