Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments to Decree establishing the methodology of examining distinctness, uniformity, stability and utility of varieties. In particular the present Decree establishes the list of agricultural species varieties of which must comply with methodologies of tests for distinctness, uniformity and stability (Annex 1 Table 1.1 and 1.2), the list of agricultural species varieties of which must comply with methodologies of tests for utility value (Annex 1 Table 1.3), and the list of vegetable species varieties of which must comply with methodologies of tests for distinctness, uniformity and stability (Annex 2 Table 2.1 and 2.2).
