This Decree enters into force on 1 May 2009.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture amends 13 points of the Decree on the identification and registration of sheep and goats. Sheep and goats are marked with: two plastic ear marks with a single digit; one plastic each mark with electronic identifier; one plastic ear mark for sheep or goats up to 12 months old for animals intended for slaughter within the Slovak Republic, otherwise sheep or goats, which can not be marked with plastic earmark for health or other reasons - sheep or goats marked this way are not intended for trade in the European Community.
