Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Environment establishes a target value for the concentration of arsenic, cadmium, nickel and benzo(a)pyrene in ambient air. The objective of this Decree is to prevent or reduce harmful effects of specified substances on human health and the environment. It determines also methods and criteria for the assessment of concentrations of pollutants in ambient air, originally specified in Annex 6 of the amended Decree.
