This Decree enters into force on 15 August 2008.

Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, establishes criteria for the safety of genetically modified organisms to which do not apply provisions on indoor usage. The Decree also lays down provisions concerning registration of genetically modified organisms. In the register of genetically modified organisms there should be included genetically modified organisms including microorganisms which are the result of the usage of genetic technologies. The Decree supplements the new Annex specifying the contents of documentation on the safety of genetically modified organisms to which do not apply provisions on indoor usage.
