The Decree amends Decree 23 December 2022 and Decree 9 March 2023 in several sections. Changes are related to the following topics: transfer of acquired rights; Antimicrobial resistance activities payment conditions; other species added to Annex VIII (plants to rehabilitate the soil); registration issues; etc.
