This Decree entered into force on 17 January 2017.
Abstract

This Decree regulation determines the economic burdens borne by the proposers and aimed at covering the effective costs held by competent state authorities for the purpose of organization and performance of preliminary, monitoring and control activities of the environmental impact assessment procedures and for appurtenance strategic environmental assessments.
