Abstract

This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, in terms of section 43 of the Marine Living Resources Act, 1998, declares the areas in the Schedule to be a marine protected area for the purpose set out in the Schedule. The main objectives of this declaration are to protect and conserve the marine environment and the marine biodiversity in the Amathole region.
