Abstract

This Order of the Minister for Livestock Development declares brucellosis a notifiable disease in Kenya for purposes of the Animal Diseases Act. "Notifiable disease" is defined in section 2 of the Act. The Act requires a notifiable disease to be notified by an owner of an animal or veterinary to an administrative officer or inspector.
