Abstract

With this Decision on the protection of the spring Vrela Krupić, different sanitary protection zones located in that area are here determined. This text also prescribes the conditions and methods of protection of related water spring areas (also for drinking water) for the purpose of protection of such water springs from pollution or other influences that may adversely affect its yield, quality and health status of the correctness of drinking water. Implementation of protection measures against drinking water pollution in the water protection area of the Vrela Krupić spring is of public interest and has priority over other measures and procedures of legal or natural persons in that specific area that is now considered as water sanitary protection zone. Chapter IX sets out the penalty measures.
