This text entered into force on the day of its adoption (adopted on 10 March 2021; published on 7 April 2021).
Abstract

This Decision, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on seeds, planting material and registration of varieties of agricultural plants, proclaims the establishment of the national Commission on plant genetic resources (Commission) is hereby established. The task of the Commission is to implement the National Programme for Conservation and Sustainable Use of Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture, revise the National Programme, approve annual work plans of institutions and annual working group activities, monitor implementation of activities from annual work plans and annual activity programmes, submission of opinions of annual work plans of institutions to the Agency for Payments in Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development, adoption of working group reports, appointment of heads and deputy heads of working groups, confirmation of members of working groups, connecting and coordinating the work of all participants in the National Programme and conducting supervision of the work of working groups, including collections that they keep.
