Abstract This Decision, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture and for the purposes of the Decree on bodies in the management and control system for the implementation of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy in the Republic of Croatia, here proclaims the adoption of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia for the period from the year 2023 until the year 2027, which was already approved by the European Commission by the Commission's Executive Decision of 28 October 2022 on the approval of the strategic plan within the framework of Croatia's CAP for the period 2023-2027 for the support of the Union finance from the European Fund for guarantees in agriculture and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
