Abstract

This Decision provides for the partial transposition of Directive 2009/128 / EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 21 October 2009 establishing a framework for Community action to achieve sustainable use of pesticides. The decision defines the application sphere and sets rules for the minimum use or ban on the use of pesticides. The Flemish Environment Agency can supervise or, if necessary, prohibit the use of pesticides or impose preconditions. It can further regulate the content and the manner in which reports are made.
