Abstract

This Decision here approves the criteria for dividing violations with light consequences or with serious consequences and financial sanctions as regards the functions of the National Forestry Fund. Violations in the National Forestry Fund are assessed with serious consequences, depending on the environmental damage they cause and the consequences they bring to the forests, in cases where they are committed in an environmentally protected forest area, especially in areas with a strictly protected status and national parks, for which the current status of protection has been obtained, taking them out of operation (see full criteria definitions in articles 2 and 3).
