Abstract

This Decision, based on the provisions of the national Law on environment, provides a detailed classification of products for which a fee is paid in relation to their trade, import and/or export (according to articles 179, 183, 184 and 185 of the above cited Law on environment). Diverse fees are calculated and charged upon trade, import and/or export of different groups (including motor vehicles and engines, tobacco products, oil products and deriving products or substances, ethylene polymers and plastic bags) of products here classified among their related tariff numbers from the Customs Tariff code (see articles 2, 3, 4 and 5 of this Regulation for complete lists).
