Abstract

Section 6A concerns delegation of powers of Secretary of Labour as Chief Inspector of Dangerous Goods. There shall be appointed as Inspectors of Dangerous Goods a number of employees of the Department of Labour sufficient for the purposes of the principal Act (sect. 16).
