Entry into force notes
This Act shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by Proclamation. The date of the Proclamation is 5 November 2005.
Abstract

This Act provides for the control of handling and placing on the market of dangerous chemicals as specified in the First Schedule and Second Schedule to this Act and establishes various public bodies for this purpose.
