Provisions concern: registration certificates (every owner of a cow-shed or other building or place where cows are stalled or kept for the purpose of milking, the milk or cream from which is disposed of by sale solely or partly for consumption in the Falkland Islands, shall register such building as a dairy with the Director of Natural Resources); fees; premises; hygiene ( articles likely to endanger purity of milk; cleansing of utensils, conveyances, cows' udders, milkers).
