The Regulations aim at providing for the registration and issuance of a licence to operators and producers; charging cess and levy concerning dairy produce; ensuring quality and safety of the marketed dairy produce; strengthening the sustainable investment in the dairy industry. Part 1 concerns definitions and interpretation of terms. Part 2 concerns the registration of primary producers. Part 3 concerns the licensing of dairy business operators.
