The Regulations shall apply to all Scheduled Areas in the sense of the Dairy Industry Act. No person shall sell for any purpose whatsoever milk which contains less than a specified percent of butter fat and a specified percent of solids that is not fat. A person who sells milk of a lower standard than that specified by these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence.
