Abstract

These Regulations, made under the Dairy Industry Act, provide rules relative to the importation of prescribed dairy products, i.e. products prescribed in an order made by the Kenya Dairy Board. An importer of prescribed dairy produce shall report to the Board on the importation of prescribed products in accordance with these Regulations and the Board may give directions to an importer regarding the release of prescribed products on the market.
