Abstract

These Regulations, made by the Minister of Finance, Trade and Investment under section 270 read with section 41 of the Customs Management Act, 2011, concern application of non preferential Rules of Origin (World Trade Organisation (WTO) Agreement on Rules of Origin) and definition of origin of goods. They define Goods wholly obtained in Seychelles or in the territory of Seychelles (including vegetable products, live animals and products obtained from live animals, products obtained by hunting or fishing, products of sea-fishing and other products taken from the sea. They also concern proof of origin (certification) and application of proof of preferential rules of origin.
