Abstract

These Regulations, made by the Minister of Finance, Trade and Investment under section 270 read with section 190(2) of the Customs Management Act, 2011, place restrictions on the exportation of goods specified in Schedule I, including (hazardous) wastes, pesticides, species listed under Appendix 10 CITES, GMO's, palm plants, coral and shells, fishery products, and live plants and plant products. Listed goods are restricted goods, the exportation of which are prohibited without a permit granted under these Regulations by the respective authority specified in the Schedule. Schedule II contains forms.
