Abstract

In compliance with Decision 90/257/EEC, these Regulations lay down criteria concerning the acceptance for breeding purposes of pure-bred breeding sheep and goats as well as the use of their semen, ova or embryos. Regulation 2 concerns the acceptance for breeding of pure-bred breeding sheep and goats; Regulation 3 regards the artificial insemination and use of semen of male pure-bred breeding sheep and goats; Regulation 4 concerns the collection, treatment and storage of semen, ova and embryos.
