In general, they prohibit the landing of such crawfish but also prohibit an Irish sea-fishing boat to have such crawfish on board if taken in the area specified in these Regulations, i.e. ICES Sub-area VI and Sub-area VII. An Irish sea-fishing boat shall also not be used for the landing or transhipment of such crawfish.
