Abstract

The Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organization (NAFO) established by the NAFO Convention adopted a scheme of joint international inspection and surveillance. The scheme, the text of which is attached to this Regulation, shall applies in the European Community. The Commission of the European Communitiy must assign inspectors to the scheme.
