This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
Abstract

This Regulation fixes, for certain stocks of highly migratory fish, the total allowable catches (TACs) for each stock, the share of these catches available to the Community, the allocation of that share among Member States in the form of quotas for fish, and the specific terms and conditions on which these stocks may be fished.
