Abstract: Regulation (EC) No. 1626/94 is hereby amended as follows: the second subparagraph of article 3(1) shall is replaced; paragraph 1 a is added to article 3; in article 6, paragraph 1 a is inserted. The amendments mainly concern the fishing gear which shall be allowed. In particular, the use of fishing gear under the conditions of the second subparagraph of paragraph 1 of Regulation 1626/94/EC shall be prohibited, with exception of the fishery conducted with 'gangui', unless the Member State concern
