The amendments concer: a) national emission ceilings to be attained by 2010 to ensure air quality protection; b) natural habitat types of Community interest whose conservation requires the designation of special areas of conservation; c) animal and plant species of Community interest whose conservation requires the designation of special areas of conservation.
