The Administrator in Council may declare for each year close seasons, before which previous crops or plants shall be destroyed. Planting of cotton during the close season shall be prohibited. Cotton shall be stored and kept in accordance with this Ordinance. The Ordinance also provides for inspections, powers of inspectors appointed under this Ordinance and regulation-making powers of the Administrator in Council. Full text English Website agc.gov.ms
