Abstract

These Regulations provide for controls on certain vaccines for animal health reasons. “Animal” includes poultry. The Regulations contain a prohibition of the sale, importation, possession, use, etc. of certain vaccines and introduce a requirement of a vaccine licences for the sale, importation, possession, use, etc. of others. The Minister may attach conditions to a vaccine licence, revoke or vary a condition or attach a new condition.
