Abstract

These Regulations amend the Control of Trade in Endangered Species (Enforcement) Regulation 1997 by replacing the reference to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 939/97 with a reference to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 865/2006 and making consequential changes to references to numbers of articles of that Regulation.
